MELYSE was created from a moment that changed everything.

After a car accident left me permanently disabled, I had to rethink what work, creativity, and independence would look like for me. I wanted to build something that allowed me to keep going, on my own terms.

What started as an idea quickly became something more. My teenage daughters stepped in alongside me, helping bring MELYSE to life. It’s become something we share, build, and grow together.

For a time, MELYSE lived inside Painted Tree Boutiques, a space that allowed me to run a business without needing to be physically present every day. When that suddenly came to an end, like it did for so many small business owners, we had to pivot.

Now, you’ll find us showing up in new ways. Find us at pop-ups, markets, and wherever we can connect directly.

At its core, MELYSE is about expression. The pieces we curate are meant to feel easy, intentional, and true to you, because what you wear should reflect who you are, without effort or compromise.
